Our Leadership Team

Leading Thrivent. Serving our membership

Before we introduce your Thrivent Member Network board, it might help to know how the board members are elected and what’s expected of them.

Each Thrivent Member Network elects regional board members during the same time and through the same process as Thrivent’s national board election. The Thrivent Member Network regional board is drawn from our local membership.

The board provides leadership, accountability, and strategic insights to help carry out Thrivent's purpose on a local level. You can have a voice in making a meaningful choice by voting in the elections for the Thrivent Member Network board.
