Regional leadership
The Thrivent Member Network regional board is made up of Thrivent clients with membership. The board provides leadership and strategic insights to help carry out Thrivent's mission on a local level. Clients with membership can have a voice by voting in the elections for the Thrivent Member Network board.
Kelly has more than 30 years experience as a business attorney in private practice and as in-house counsel, along with an MBA (Finance). She has served on a number of nonprofit and service organization boards and is committed to helping organizations achieve their missions. "Thrivent is such a special organization, helping people achieve financial stability and surplus, and igniting their generosity."
With over 15 years of pastoral service, Brandon comes to the board ready to help activate members to lifelong learning opportunities.
Over the last few years, Brandon has grown to love Thrivent’s purpose of unleashing generosity and helping others understand their deeper why. Brandon hopes to bring help to connect new members to opportunities that deeper their ability to live generously. Brandon has a passion to help connect churches and non-profits to pressing issues in our community.

Bernhard is the founder and executive director of Foster Source, a nonprofit organization serving foster parents statewide in Colorado. A member for over 35 years, Bernhard is passionate about member engagement and connecting with the community. "By being a part of the board I hope to get to know the members and see how we can get more members engaged more often with Thrivent and community organizations.”
Malcom joins the board with years of experience working in the grantmaking space with the Bush Foundation. Malcom is interested in impacting the Rocky Mountain Region's communities by focusing on faith, family and finances and to increase individual's understandings and willingness to lean into the idea of generosity.
Glass, the founder and president of Peregrine Ministries, has over 40 years of experience in missions, church staff and para-church ministries. "When I first heard Thrivent's values of helping others invest wisely, give generously and see communities thrive, I thought, 'I whole-heartedly agree, and am honored to support that vision!'” Craig and his wife, Beryl, were married in 1976, have three children and six grandchildren.
Our leaders work in the best interest of our membership––not third-party shareholders, like publicly traded companies. Clients with a benefit membership can vote in the annual election for the Thrivent Board of Directors. As the organization’s supreme governing body, the board focuses on serving the interests of the membership, both now and into the future. The board establishes and promotes Thrivent’s purpose and oversees major business decisions, and works with leadership to assess and manage risk.
