Filler Up Challenge

November 15th - December 15th, 2020

Help us fill our regional food banks that distribute food to your local food shelves. Join us with your donation and get your gift multiplied. Together we can make a huge difference!

Thrivent will amplify your impact - for every $2 donation, Thrivent will match $1 up to $10,000 or until Dec. 15th whichever comes first. Plus Thrivent will pay all online processing fees, meaning 100% of your gift will go right to the cause.

We have teamed up with three regional food banks, Great Plains Food Bank, North Country Food Bank, Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank who will use the donations to meet increased need across our region. Food banks can leverage a monetary gift 5-10 times in buying power to meet the need of folks in need. For example, $1 pays for 3 meals at Great Plains Food Bank and Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank and $1 pays for 5 meals at North Country Food Bank.

Thrivent will donate up to a total of $10,000 in funding for personal donations through this campaign. All donations in support of this fundraiser will be made through InFaith Community Foundation. Thrivent will pay the online processing fees for personal donations made through InFaith Community Foundation up to $100,000 per calendar year.

December 10th, 2020 | 12:00pm-1:00pm OR 7:00pm-8:00pm CT | Online Webinar | Must register to get viewing instructions

It happens, far too often in agriculture. Promises are spoken and broken, facts are assumed, habits are hardened…and before we know it, we’ve got family fighting on the way to the funeral home.

It’s time we learn from the mistakes of others and work for positive results. This insightful and fun-filled presentation highlights the mistakes families make that break up their business. We will discuss in-laws and out-laws, money expectations, daily communications and important meetings.

From conversations to contracts, from assumptions to clarification, from complaints to celebrations, we will open eyes and save fighting on the way to the funeral home.

Two identical sessions are available on December 10th at noon and 7pm. Registration is necessary.
